Subject: thank you
I met SH (Physiotherapist) when I was convalescing from multiple surgeries due to a motorcycle accident.
The Doctors and Nurses at the Civic were great as was all the help I received from everyone while I was there. After release from the hospital I went to a convalescent home where they treated me great but physically I was in bad shape, unable to ride my Harley back to California.
SH started me with a conditioning plan to get me to start walking again...little sissy routines that work even if you've had to have your foot re-attached.I can't ride yet but I can walk across the room.
My left arm was saved with some steel and SH had the patience and knowledge to get it to start moving again. It's been a few months now and every day is a challenge for me but with her guidance on my therapy and her reassurance to keep up my routine to get well I'll be on the road soon.
SH is very professional and can push a person in the right direction to get them motivated to get better.
Sincerely,
RP"by RS (Motor Vehicle Accident Survivor)

"Hey Dan,
This is "Suses" from the evening conditioning class. I wanted to give you some feedback on your class. It has me so motivated, more than I have been in years! I feel like understand that mind & body connection, and thinking about what your body is doing and being in control of the movements. I've never approached a workout like this before, it's fascinating to me. Most of my workouts in the past have been based on movement only. I want to promise you that I give it 100% of my effort when I there.
I would like to know your thoughts on my workout schedule. I am attempting to attend your class Monday & Wednesday, Friday is normally 90 minute Bikram yoga, and then on Saturday or Sunday, I usually do some sort of outdoor fun activity (based on the snow conditions), for about 1-2hours. I feel that's well rounded approach to just feeling better, but I'm also anxious to see results. I know it's not all for nothing, but to keep my motivation, I need to see (realistic) results! My background is that I took also two years and years off of any physical activity and I want an approach that will keep me motivated for the long term.
Cheers & have a great day!

"Subject: Excellent service
Hi Steve. I just completed some physio treatment with Melanie. My experience in the past with other providers has been hit or miss with an average satisfaction rate. I thought Melanie was way above the rest ;she was professional, friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable. I have already referred her to my friends. Please pass on my positive feedback to her.
Thanks,"by G.W., City of Ottawa (EAP)

"Hello Steve,
I am writing to let you know that Family Physio has been an integral part in the opening and running of successful programming here at Bridlewood Trails Retirement Community. The Physiotherapy Assistants have always been reliable, friendly and knowledgable.
The Physiotherapists who visit weekly and perform important initial assessments have been wonderful to work alongside in the medical community!
Our Residents and Staff are very happy with the service and acessibility of the equipment.
Families are very satisfied with the annual care conferences that are held with excellent feedback and goal planning for their loved one.
Thank you for your continued support!
Sincerely,

Subject: Thank you!
We have been participating in the Forever Young Active Aging Program with
Natasha since July this summer and would like to let you know how much the
exercise program has improved our quality of life.
Notably, my wife, Ginette had hip replacement surgery which somewhat
limited her ability to walk distances without some discomfort. The
strength and balance exercises have improved her condition to where she
can now walk comfortably without the pain she had previously experienced.
The exercises have improved my own balance and muscle tone, allowing me to
participate in activities that previously were limited by discomfort or
reduced endurance.
Most important, Natasha made every session interesting, challenging and fun!
We will be away for the winter, and will continue the exercises on our own
while away and will be looking forward to rejoining the program when we
return home in April.
Thank you for making this valuable aid available, as it has definitely added enjoyment and ease to our everyday activities.
Regards,
