About our Yoga Therapy Instructor

Eric Peters is a certified yoga instructor with extensive training in a multiple of yoga disciplines such as Ashtanga, Kripalu, Kriya, Sivananda and Viniyoga. He holds a B.A from Concordia University and a Certificate in Executive Development from McGill University.

Eric Peters has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and has designed, developed and taught personalized classes for all ages. In addition, Eric Peters has published articles, appeared on CTV's Medical Report and owned a manufacturing business in Montreal. Eric is a dependable, mature, motivated instructor available to help students get the most out of their therapeutic yoga program. He will arrange to meet with you before your first class to discuss, evaluate and establish what you can do, and most importantly recommend what you should not do during the class. He provides high quality and personalized instruction through customized individual and group healing programs. He has extensive training and experience in working with people of all ages and medical conditions.
